Making sure you look your best...

At least one bottle of Prosecco has already been popped, there's a board of croissants and fruit to keep you fuelled, the dress is hanging up and now last minute nerves may be starting to kick in a little. That's right...it's the morning of your wedding!

At this point I've arrived to photograph your bridal preparations, perhaps we've arranged a flat-lay shot of all your personal keepsakes and little details such as your wedding stationary (invites/menus), a bottle of your signature perfume, your shoes, floral bouquet, precious jewellery, that special trinket from so-and-so you promised you'd wear. I'll also be getting behind-the-scenes type candids the finishing touches being made and of the precious little moments between you and a handful of some of the most important people in your life.

Whilst we're on the topic of important people on your wedding day, let me introduce you to a few more. The importance of finding the right MUA (make-up artist) and hair-stylist cannot be underestimated, they'll be making sure you look and feel your absolute best in a way that feels authentic to you, enhancing your natural beauty and giving you the finishing touch of confidence to walk down the aisle (because if you're anything like me, when your hair is done just right, you feel like you can take on the fucking world!)

Isabelle Grace Make Up

Isabelle Grace Make Up was established in 2013 by the fully qualified and freelance MUA Rachel Earner. After 10 years’ experience working mostly as a bridal MUA, Rachel decided to take the plunge and start up her own make-up business.

I've honestly lost count of the number of times I've walked into start photographing morning bridal prep and Rach has greeted me with a big beaming smile along with a "Hello, lovely!" and it's like we've worked alongside each other for years. She's a welcoming, friendly presence to every bride I've watched her with and will immediately settle any nerves you may have about having your make-up done professionally for your wedding day.
