After a few final questions we decide we're the perfect match for each other. I'll send over your wedding photography contract, deposit details, a little creative questionnaire and also my handy wedding guide which tells you what to expect on the day, with some helpful tips & tricks to help us capture those perfect shots...
Once you've paid your deposit, signed your contract and your booking is confirmed in my diary, we get to schedule the taster shoot! This is a chilled 30 minute shoot on location, where you get to throw on your favourite outfit and learn what it's like to be photographed by me. I've got a little what-to-wear guide available for this too, which I'll send out ahead of the shoot for those who'd like a little inspiration!
You've had your taster shoot photos (of course you love them) and now it's full steam ahead with your wedding planning. Whether the big day is months ahead or just on the horizon, remember I've done this a tonne of times, so when you need a little honest opinion, guidance on timeline planning or any little detail I'm on hand at every step of the journey to help you. By the time it comes to photographing your wedding day, we'll probably have chatted so much we'll feel like old friends...
I always joke that I become an unofficial wedding planner on the wedding day - and it's true. I'll know exactly what time things are due to happen, where everything's going down, and what is scheduled to happen next. I'll stay flexible enough and stay calm under pressure to keep things under control and react to any tweaks or setbacks to the timeline. I'll also make sure everyone has fun with the photos! I want you to enjoy it and not feel awkward at any stage. Awkwardness shows in photos and that's why I pride myself on being able to read people, read emotion and know when something doesn't quite feel right. Being a wedding photographer is more than being able to take a good photo. I promise you that you will never feel awkward and never feel forced...
I don’t just want you to be excited in the run-up to your wedding, I want you to STAY excited. So, 42 hours after your big day, I’ll send through a few sneak peek highlights so you can relive all the highs again with the loved ones who were there and share the memories with those who weren’t.
Usually 8-12 weeks after your wedding day, I'll deliver your finished wedding gallery. A beautiful online album packed full of high resolution photos edited in my signature style. There's no cap on how many photos you'll receive, every single "good shot" will make it into the gallery, and you'll be free to download everything and share with friends, family, order prints and share to social media if you'd like...

I've spent my life exploring the West coast of this little island; bracing myself for cold swims in the Atlantic Ocean, traversing the South West Coast Path with dogs in tow and lunch in my rucksack, finding hidden coves along the Bristol Channel or days out walking on the magnificent two moors, Exmoor & Dartmoor.
