FAQ
I'M NERVOUS ABOUT BEING PHOTOGRAPHED, CAN YOU HELP?
YES! Honestly, 90% of my couples feel hesitant about stepping in front of the camera before we begin, but by the end of the taster shoot are loving it. Please breathe a sigh of relief and know that I'm going to make you feel at ease throughout, whether that's just before you walk down the aisle or for your couples photos on the beach. My aim is to ensure you feel like you're hanging out with a friend and we're capturing some authentic moments.
When you book with me, I'll also send you a photoshoot guide which is filled with outfit suggestions, lighting ideas, gentle posing prompts and generally just what you should expect from your taster shoot right through to your wedding photos.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, please! All wedding photography bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit to lock your date into my diary. The remaining balance is then due 8 weeks before the wedding date (or before, if you'd like to pay by instalments.)
Will we meet you before our wedding?
Yes! All bookings include a zoom/phone call during the enquiry stage and if you decide to book we'll meet up in person. It's so worth catching up before your wedding and chatting about the timeline and your expectations.
Will there be a second shooter?
I'm usually a bit of a lone wolf and will capture your day single-handedly. However, if you'd like lots of candid shots as well as the main event being photographed then it's best to explore the option of paying a bit extra for a second shooter to be present on the day. I know a handful of wonderful photographers which I'm happy to work alongside, so just say the word...
What areas do you cover?
I can travel anywhere within the UK or abroad, just let me know what magical venue(s) you've chosen and I'll do the research and be there.
How will I receive my photos?
All finished galleries are presented in a beautiful private online gallery. You'll be sent a link to view your online gallery and from there you can download all your photos, as many times as you wish, in high resolution or send to friends and family!
